1. Digital Service Nature
Our platform provides digital access to routine planning tools, journaling features, and related content. As a digital service delivered immediately upon purchase, standard return conditions for physical goods do not apply. However, we are committed to fair and transparent refund practices.
2. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at info@rinsenatural.world. Upon cancellation:
- Your access continues until the end of the current billing period
- No further charges will be applied after cancellation
- Your data remains accessible for 30 days after the subscription ends
- After 30 days, account data may be permanently deleted
3. Refund Eligibility
3.1 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If you are a consumer in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason, in accordance with consumer protection regulations. To exercise this right, contact us within 14 days of your initial purchase.
3.2 New Zealand Consumers
Under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, services must be carried out with reasonable care and skill. If our platform fails to meet this standard, you may be entitled to a remedy.
3.3 Refund Conditions
We may issue a full or partial refund in the following circumstances:
- Request made within 14 days of initial purchase and minimal platform usage
- Technical issues preventing access that we cannot resolve within 7 business days
- Billing errors or duplicate charges
- Service significantly not as described
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are generally not available when:
- More than 14 days have passed since the initial purchase
- Substantial use of platform features has occurred during the billing period
- Cancellation of a renewal rather than an initial purchase

6. Processing Time
Refund requests are reviewed within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
7. In-Person Consultations
Consultation sessions booked at our Lower Hutt studio may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may forfeit the session fee. Refunds for prepaid consultation packages are calculated on a pro-rata basis for unused sessions.
8. Disputes
If you are dissatisfied with our response to a refund request, you may:
- Contact the Commerce Commission regarding misleading conduct under the Fair Trading Act 1986
- Apply to the Disputes Tribunal for claims up to $30,000
- Seek remedies under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 through the courts
